Has my account been hacked

I've been able to play on horizan worlds with no problem at all. But today it gliched me put of a game. I restarted and now it will not let me enter worlds from my personal space. It also says my log ins from areas I do not live in. I've made a new account now and it's working fine. But I've payed alot of money on the other one for games and outfits how can I get it back
