Have not heard back on my Copyright Report

I have submitted a Copyright Report to ip@oculus.com but i didn't get any response from Meta Support Team. Why ? My everything was perfect but content is not removing. Can this have any reason?

Hey there! Looks like you're having some concerns with a copyright claim you submitted.

Now, our team doesn't exactly have a way to contact/get in touch with them directly, but I did notice that this Horizon Copyright Report article also mentions an address where you can also mail a report to.

Along with that there does appear to be a phone number on that page to call if you are reporting for Horizon. I'm not exactly sure the scope of service for the phone number though, so I'm not sure how helpful that'll be. 

If you're reporting a Copyright claim on Meta Quest, the best thing I can really recommend would be to hold out a bit longer for them to reach back out since it might take some time.

If you have any other questions or concerns, let me know and I'll try to address them as best I can.
