Have not received Beat Saber email

beat saber was supposed to be free for a bit with purchase of meta appliance but I've been waiting for 2 years and never got it. I tried contacting support but they haven't responded.

We do want to let you know that it sounds like you are referring to a promotion that has already ended. In 2022, there was a promotion for a free Beat Saber copy with the purchase of a new, qualifying Meta Quest 2 device (128GB or 256GB) between August 1st, 2022, 12:01 AM PST and December 31st, 2022, 11:59 PM PST, while supplies last. The offer item must have been redeemed within 14 days upon activation of the device. You can check out this link for more information on that promotion! Aside from that, feel free to shoot us a PM, and we'll take a look into this for you from our side. Simply select our name to get to our profile page, or click here.
