I had to factory reset my Meta quest 2. But now it won't pair with the app/account on my phone. I put the 5 digit pairing code from the headset into the app. Then the app says I am already connected but it still doesn't pair. So please if anyone has some advice I would greatly appreciate it thanks
@ELLIOTVRt if you can, delete the headset from within the current phone app. Then delete the app from your phone and re-install the latest version. Hopefully, now your phone app and headset app should be the same version. Hopefully they'll now be able to pair.
