Hi all,
I recently purchased a game from the oculus store which I wanted to leave a review for. After typing out my review for the game and attempting to post it, I was met with an error saying “we cannot complete your request, please try again later”. I waited 10 minutes or so and tried to post my review again, but was met with the same error.
I then went on to post a different review for a different game, to see if the error was persistent. I had no issues posting that quickly typed review. I went back to the previously mentioned game’s reviews to post my own, again. I even made sure to type up differently a handful of times, but each time I waited and tried and re-typed the review, I was met with the same error as before.
I have tried to use both apps and browser on both mobile and PC. No option has resolved this issue for this specific game’s reviews. I’m not sure if the issue is on their end, meta’s end, my end, or what…
To top it all off, after all this and trying again to post a review for the game in question, I was instead met with an error saying something to the effect of “your IP has been banned for unusual activity. This may last up to 2 days.”…
How can I fix this issue surrounding the review process? How also could I have the ban upon my IP investigated and/or lifted? Will this ban require meta’s input to lift, or will it be automatically lifted after 2 days? What is this ban for, and what exactly is “unusual activity” in this case??? Will this affect my ability to buy things from the store using this IP?

Also having the same thing on my Meta Quest 2 trying to ask about a really critical bug that doesn't even allow you to get off the launch screen, all in all same thing on my quest 2 for no reason, I haven't ever posted a review before until now and never played in multi player games that have Voice Chat, just Beat Saber VR.
