Hello, I have the same problem and when it's charging the head set has no power and doesn't display any power.

Thank you for providing the information so we can move forward! Just to be clear, when you have the device plugged in to charge, you see no display or lights on the outside?

Here's a few things you can try:

-Plug in the headset to different sockets in the house

-Try another charger cable and adapter

-Look for cable damage

-Are you using a facial interface accessory?

I've all of these, nothing happens.
