I had no trouble with the device until I tried to play a game. I originally
started Subnautica, it played for a few minutes then the headset started to black
out intermittently, then blacked out entirely; I tried many games that did the
same thing. I looked into it, followed
troubleshooting guides, and I’ve still not been able to make it work. I
checked the video card’s stability, the cords connected to the HDMI, and to the
headset, tried switching HDMI slots, 64-bit system, Nvidia GTX 970 video card, an
Intel i7-5960x CPU@ 3.0 GHz. I submitted a ticket for this, but if anyone has an idea of something I have not tried, I would appreciate it! 😃
