So one night I was done playing on my headset and put it on the charger. The next morning I noticed the white light on the side of the headset (indicating that it was on) turned off and turned back on a few seconds later (I’m assuming this went like this the whole night), I didn’t really think much of it because I had work, but the next time I tried to get back on, the headset was still turning on and off on its own. Here is what I tried doing:
If anyone else had this same problem and found a solution, feel free to let me know, thank you!

Do you have the setting on that enables the headset to turn on when a software update is available?

I don’t think I do, usually it ask me to do a software update when I have the app open on the computer.

Definitely worth a check. It should be under general in the settings app in the headset.

So I tried checking both pc and mobile app since I couldn’t do it through my headset and I didn’t find no setting for that. I also ran into another problem, my headset is not charging (yes I made sure both cube and chord were both FULLY in) and there is no light indicating that it’s charging.
