My headset randomly turned off and will not turn back on again. I have spent hours on support chat and done every reset available. Nothing has worked. Even downloaded the Metaquest Developer Hub but cannot do any of the commands as the headset doesn't stay on long enough to connect. None of the apps are seeing it even when it is attached to my PC. The only option I've been offered is the purchase of a refurbed one. I've not damaged it at all - it just turned off and won't go back on.
