So, this happened about a week ago to my quest 2 and I want to see if there are any possibilities this can be fixed myself.
The Problem: As the title says, my headset boots just fine. The problem is, there is no visual display. I can still hear the audio of my home screen, and my controllers connect to the headset as well. Here's the kicker: If I cast to the headset via the mobile app, everything is working fine, and I can "use" the headset by pointing controllers at menus, and everything works. Its just that the headset itself does not display anything, its like the "eyes" aren't even turning on.
Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?
I am not opposed to factory resetting if needed(Assuming I can figure out how).
I can provide information as needed, since it still boots fine.

Same here. There is a lot of people with similar problem after the last update. I tried everything I could possibly find online and still haven't found a solution. I m out of warranty and outside of geolocation supported by meta so I m dead in the water.

Same here, got it to boot but all my library of games are gone, spent the last three days trying to recover them to no avail.
