Hiya guys, this is my first post here so sorry if it makes no sense but I'm struggling to figure out our headset.
I've got the Quest 2 which hasn't had any issues until about a week ago when it wouldn't charge. We managed to find a new charger online which does the job but the headset itself seems to refuse to turn off.
I plug it in, wait for it to fully charge then unplug and "power off" but when I then go to use it two hours later it says it's totally empty?
I think the headset is staying on the whole time rather than shutting down. I've tried multiple times to turn it off but the moment I set it down on the stand it turns itself back on again, I can see the lenses light up even when I've put it on the dock.
I'd love to know if I'm just doing something wrong and it's an easy solution?

We want to know if the charger came from our official Meta store or from a third-party website. What kind of troubleshooting steps have you attempted?
