Headset connection problems

All of a sudden I can't connect my quest 2 Headset to my wifi. It says limited connection. Also time and dare is way off. I just got this a month ago. Please Help?

We recommend completing a factory reset on your Quest 2, a factory reset has proven to solve issues related to incorrect time and date. Before completing the factory reset, make sure to turn on our Cloud Backup feature to make sure that your game data isn't erased from you device when you complete the factory reset!
