I splashed a cup of soda on my quest when it was charging, it looked like only a small amount of liquid from the cup got to the quest but now when I plug it in it says it's charging in headset but the light doesn't display its charging colors but when I go into the headset it says its charging but doesn't charge and when I use my kiwi design head strap it doesn't display the battery left on it (it it usually displays when it's charging or when it's charging something else through the four lights)

Hi @Ultrue. Thank you for reaching out!
It sounds like the spillage has caused the issue but just in case it is something else, here are a few additional troubleshooting checks we can go through that may help with the charging issues:
1. Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours. The headset must be left powered off or in a sleep state during this time.
2. Try a different Cable/Charger; if possible, test the cable and charger (adapter) separately to determine the faulty component.
3. Charge the headset without the facial interface. Some facial interfaces may block the proximity sensor which can impact the power of the headset.
4. If using the Elite Strap with Battery or any third-party accessories (such as external battery packs, external fans, etc.) please disconnect these and try charging the headset again.
5. Try charging from a different Source (another PC or different wall outlet).
6. Hard Reboot the headset
7. Factory Reset the headset
If these steps still don't solve the charging issue, please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here: https://metaque.st/CommunitySupport.
