Headset display issue


Whenever I put on my headset I see the meta quest logo appear, turn around and then vanish before it shows up again about four seconds later and does it again.  I have no idea if my headset is updating or not, also my controller led lights flash when I press a button.  I would prefer seeing if I can call the support people and see what can be done.  I hope I DO NOT have to do a factory reset.  If there is a easy solution then what is it?



Hi @balance99 

First things first make sure you don't have anything plugged into the USB port i.e. an elite battery strap.

Then try holding the power and volume down keys together until the headset restarts and a boot menu appears. Select reboot.

3rd option would be to leave the headset running through the loop and hopefully it eventually pulls itself through.
