My sons headset is glitching. It will not even let him log in. He sees everything but the screen just keeps twitching. He did just get a new controller for it. But this was doing it since we sent in the controller. He did reset the head set and did not fix issue

Have you checked your internet connection to make sure it is stable and does not have too many devices on it at the same time?
Are there any error messages that appear when you turn on your device?
Have you tried rebooting your device?
This is different from a reset. Hold the power button down for about 10 seconds, then after about 30 seconds, turn the headset back on.
