I haven't used my O2 for a few months. So after completing updates, the system still didn't work. So I changed batteries in the controllers, deleted devices and controllers from the system and repaired everything. Now I get nothing but the black and white screen. When I try and launch a game from my phone at says there is a problem with my headset!!! OMG!!!! Can anyone help me please. Nothing in the FAQs so really hoping someone can help. Thank you
Hi there @LouMaJo! I love playing my Quest 2 and I can understand how you may be feeling right now. I have a question. Did you reboot the headset after you completed the updates? Try logging out of the phone app, log back in and reboot the headset. Hope that works.
