When i turn on my headset it says shellnv isnt responding and then i press close app then it says same thing but about Facebook then turns off headset I tried to factory reset headset with the volume and power button but it says no command?

This error is usually caused by a custom environment. What you'll need to do is to launch a game from the meta horizon app, this should allow you into any game. Once opened you will need to go into your meta menu and remove your customer environment.

You are pressing volume up and the power button.
You would want volume down instead.
