I have a Meta quest 2 and for some reason my headset will not stay on every time I try to turn it on it says App info or close apps And then it will go straight to restart and then shutting down and then it turns off it just keeps doing this over and over again. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?
Hey there @Beast109, we understand you're having issues with your Quest 2 shutting off every time you try to access your device. We don't want our users to experience that so let's try a a few trouble shooting steps. What we can do is a Factory Reset with Cloud Backup enabled, since you can't rely on your device at the moment not shutting off, you can do this on the mobile app!
