Can anyone help both controllers are connecting vibrate and flash show up on screen but when I press any button nothing happens. it just stays on the boundary set up can’t get any further. So followed all of the suggested done a factory reset turned back on and controllers are still same so now can’t get pass the controller set up everything is working on controllers its just not going through on headset if that makes sense
