Headset says error: Oculus System Utilities keeps stopping

I need help.  My vr is saying Oculus Utilities are not working and I don't know how to fix it

I am having the same issue. We have a quest 2. It is cycling through start up, error codes, crashing. I can't keep it off long enough to do a factory reset, I tried booting it from the menu but the moment I click on boot device it shuts off without taking me to the yes/no option. How can I even do a factory reset if it has to be off and it won't STAY OFF. Here is a screen shot I managed to take.

 I'm going to let it continue to cycle through until it dies I guess. Maybe we'll try a different vr brand, this one seems to have been full of issues since we got it.

It's all good for now. Did a factory reset after a bit of struggle. Thankfully was able to get back all the things we'd purchased too.

3 factory resets in 3 months. Very frustrating

I have the same problem with my quest three and it happens the second I turn it on it shows that all apps that were on the headset keep stopping please help

my vr keeps saying this I don’t know what to do it won’t turn on it will but it shows this message then shuts down
Com.facebook.wearable.system.location.service.vro… keeps stoping
