I need help. My vr is saying Oculus Utilities are not working and I don't know how to fix it

Ours started this yesterday. Did you have any luck or did you factory reset? I've seen several suggestions that storage may be full, but I have no idea how delete anything using the app. I wanted to try deleting all the screenshots/videos my 9yr old has taken of in game play, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that in the app. Tomorrow I'll probably give in a reset since I think the kids would rather play on it than have nothing at all.

Hey there @Pyrex238! We can imagine how much of a killjoy it is to have an error message continually pop up while trying to enjoy VR. We want to do everything we can to get you and your family back in the game! Can you give us a little more detailed information into what's going on? Is this happening in every app or specific ones? Also, if you follow this link here, it will show you how to delete those screenshots. Once we have a little more information we can offer more precise troubleshooting. We look forward to your reply!

This is thread is literally about headsets not loading. How would I access the files app to delete something? My comment/question specifically referenced the app (the quest app). I can access the gallery there but it's just to download, not delete from what I can tell. Do you have a recommendation for that?

This same green guy w/ message saying “no command” came up on my screen as well when I followed directives / instructions by MetaQuestSupport.

Hey there, @zi_E! Having your headset not responding to your commands definitely gets in the way of enjoying your games, and we want to do everything we can here to get you back to playing quickly. We do have one other thing we want to suggest you try in this case. Please double check that your volume buttons are not sticking, as if the volume up button is sticking while trying to Factory Reset your device it can get into this state. Also make sure the device is off before starting a Factory Reset, as it will not be completed properly and can lead to this error as well. Keeping both of these things in mind, lets try one more Factory Reset to see if that changes anything.

im trying this but when i do it and press the power button it turns off the headset
