You’ll likely have to factory reset. I’ve had to do this three times in the last two ish months when those errors showed up on mine. Hold power button and volume down button until a screen pops up and gives you a few options. I’ve had issues with this personally because it kinda blinks around like it’s shutting down but I get there eventually. Of course my headset each time has gotten caught up in a shut down/ restart loop when I run into that issue and it’s frustrating.
select the factory reset option if nothing else works for you. Once you sign back in it does give you the option to re download your apps, but any videos or pictures are erased. Good luck, hopefully yours doesn’t start doing it as constantly as mine does.
I am having the same exact issue this is already a replacement for the first headset that didnt work. I want a refund. please advise. i will also be contacting and filing with the bbb ftc and my local consumer protection agency. this is criminal what you put your customers through. I am reaching out to anyone effected by this for possible class action law suit. This has to stop
