Headset shows up in account on phone but not the web page?

Yes, my Quest 3 will show up in my mobile Meta app, but when I login to the website, it shows no devices? Also, was supposed to get Batman for free and don't see that as an option. What gives?

I assume you are on this page?

Meta 

It says: No devices found

Tap on the left bar of the page on "Meta Horizon profile settings"

On the following page tap on "devices" on the left bar.

The next page - after giving in your password - shows you your device.

If the steps described there not work - some users had trouble redeem the game - send a PM @MetaQuestSupport  they'll help you getting the game.

Click ont their name, then click the "send message" button.

Yes it does indeed show it there, just not in the main Meta site - it shows it also on my cell, but not on the main webpage. Why is that and how do I fix that -- also, if I try to put in a ticket, it says I have no devices on my account when clearly I do since it shows here and I have the physical device?

Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix that.....maybe its just a bug?

The link gives you the option to chat , email or whatsapp with support.

And if you ever have trouble reaching support through the support page again..... you can always send a PM @MetaQuestSupport here on forum. They can help you, even if the webpage says, you don't have a device😁

Click on their name, next click the "send message" button.

Yea I've already been there several times but it won't let create a case since it says I don't have a device, when I have one sitting here in front of me. I also sent the other one back and the new one is now not even letting me successfully connect. It now says "Something went wrong" when trying to pair it with my phone. This is really starting to suck!! @MetaQuestSupport

I also didn't see any chat option in there. That would nice to get this resolved. I removed the app and it didn't help. I'm guessing I'll need to nuke the account I created to add this to? Not sure but this is lame --

You might not see the chat option because there is no device shown on your account.

Like I said in my post above... send a PM @MetaQuestSupport they'll will help you.
