Headset stuck at loading screen

My headset (quest 2) just stays at the loading screen when I try turning it off it just restarts it only turns off when my batter dies.

I first experienced this issue four days ago back then for the first two days it said com.facebook.location keeps stopping or something like that and yes i have my meta quest 2 connected to my phone also i have tried to shut down, restart and wait for the battery to run out if you can help please do.

Please try the steps below to see if it fixes this issue.

  • Please remove any unsupported third-party accessories.
    • For example, external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.
  • Ensure that cloud backup is enabled and factory reset the device.
    • Note that there are two ways to reset: the headset and the mobile device. If one method doesn't work, please try the other.

If these steps don't work, please go ahead and send us your device serial number and country, so we can explore all of our options.
