i dropped my headset and it stopped tracking entirly. my room is well lit, cameras are fine. i cant see anything other then the tracking lost popup. i was told that by a friend the impact of my headset hiting the floor discconected a wire that is connected to the main sensor. and my controllers keep vibrating every 4 sec

I'm not sure how your friend knows what exactly is broken without having a look inside of the Quest?
But definitaly something seems broken.
Send a PM @MetaQuestSupport .....they can tell you what options you have.
Click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.
