I’ve tried all forms of troubleshooting with this issue including sending it to meta for a replacement, really hoping someone might have some advice to solve my issue.
more in-depth explanation:
we changed our internet from sky to FiberOptic due to them providing better coverage at a cheaper price, the second I changed the internet over on the headset it began disconnecting and re-connecting every couple seconds.
I went through all the advice Meta support had until finally the decision was made for it to be sent of and ether repaired or replaced, I received a new headset but after finally setting it back up I’m back dealing with the exact same issue, if anyone has an idea on how to deal with it please let me know otherwise I really don’t know what to do.
