Our oculus has been stuck on the spinning Meta logo for about two weeks now. We have looked up youtube videos, tried the soft reset, logged in to meta account online, and made sure it was charged. It was stuck on red, then stuck on orange 'while charging', and now it is stuck on white and the meta symbol is still stuck spinning. Where should I go from here? @
hello ,I bought a recent mmeta quest 2, and when I opened it it got a blue screen with the infinite meta logo, I can't configure it or anything. I've already reset it and tried everything but every time I turn it on it stays on this screen forever... what do I have to do? thanks

For the reset, did you mean a soft reset or a hard factory reset?
Where did you buy the headset from?
Are you able to take a picture of what you see on the screen?

I am in the same situation with my oculus quest 2 as most everyone else in this thread. My oculus quest two is stuck with a blue rotating Meta logo .
I left my oculus alone for several days, believing that it might be doing some kind of update. That did not help. I then attempted a soft reset with no solution there either. I attempted to use the menu you get when you press the volume down arrow along with the power button, but there was no progress there. I let the oculus completely die and waited two days before I charged it again and still no luck. I finally did a factory reset and there is no change.
I’ve done everything I can on my end that I know of that you’ve mentioned in this thread, and I am not one step closer to solving my issue for an oculus quest two that has been babied since I took it out of the box the first time. There has to be some solution to this issue. I refuse to believe that the device essentially bricks itself for no apparent reason. Please help us.
Same thing happen to me. if you contact support, they will say your device is out of warranty, then offer to sell you a refurbished one. If you are still within warranty, then you could probably get a replacement. or else you are left like me, wondering if Meta purposely broke my software with an update. Since one day it's working, and next day it stopped working. Support is convinced that since factory reset didn't work and still stuck on blue screen, then the hardware is broken. Definitely not going to upgrade quest 3 after this debacle. This could happen to anyone at anytime.
I am experiencing the same issue... already did a factory reset and my quest is still stuck on the meta logo... this seems to be a common problem, please help me find a solution... I don't know what to do from here since a factory reset didn't work.
I tried everything you said and it still isn’t working. This little chip with a arrow going down through it always appears before it starts spinning though.
