I've had my headset from april 2022 and now it's not even charging, i tried a different cord, different outlet and it is infact dead too so I can't turn it on at all. I have to push it in or wiggle it to even charge it and when i was able to charge it it would take longer than it supposed to. More like a few hours like 3-6 hours. I don't even know what to do now. I might just have to buy a new one but I can't afford that either

To get us started, we'd like to confirm the following has been attempted with the device:
Remove any third party accessories from the headset.
Remove and charge the device without the facial interface.
Test charging from a PC.
Hard reboot headset.
This can be completed by holding the power button for 30 seconds.
