I recently upgraded from the quest 2 to the quest 3 and it was working fine for the most part. Then one day I went to use it and noticed games (VRChat & Beat Saber) wouldn’t load. I chalked it up to WiFi issues and reset my router. Although nothing changed.
I proceeded to uninstall and then re-install the apps to no avail.
I resorted to factory resetting my headset. Now no apps, including the App Store will really load? It can’t be an internet issue. Because, I can open Facebook, Browser and other internet based apps on the Quest. However, the App Store, VrChat or any game I try to open will not load. Just “…” or stuck in loading screens.
I have tried the following:
•uninstalling the app from my phone. Hard Booting the headset, reinstalling and connecting the app.
•factory resetting the headset (multiple times)
•changing my Facebook/meta password and re-connecting my app/quest to it.
•resetting my WiFi router, I have no devices blocked but I went as far as resetting and installing a new router.
I have 5G WiFi, and ran a speed test on my Quest3 and it showed my connection as “Very Fast”. I never had this issue for the longest time. But, idk why and I feel at a loss for options.
Any ideas or help would be so greatly appreciated!!

Hi @Blossomboi 🙂
Have you tried adding an additional account and share your games to see if the store/games are loading with that account?
Just to rule out that your problem is an account issue (although I have no idaea what that could be), but that's something I would try.
