Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue where I can no longer make purchases in the store. I was previously able to buy items without any issues, but now every attempt fails.
I’ve contacted Meta Support and exchanged about 10 emails, but they have since stopped responding. I have tried multiple solutions, including changing payment methods, using different cards, and attempting purchases on different devices, but nothing has worked. I’ve also found that many other users have reported similar issues, yet it doesn’t seem to have been resolved.
I’m unsure of what steps to take next—any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I also encountered the same problem. I can't buy games since 2025/2/14. It was normal before.
I can't buy games with my credit card, Quest Cash, or gifts from friends. I've contacted customer service and they handled it twice, saying it was resolved, but I still can't buy it. I'm very frustrated.
