Same here as well. The suggested hard reset & logging out of the app and then back in again did nothing to resolve the developer requirement issue.

That did nothing the issue is because when you launch the game it says developer mode needs to be enabled and it cant be on kid accounts. So its making it so the game is unplayable for kids. Which is an issue when the game is rated for everyone to be able to play it.

Same issue. Please tell us what the fix is or when it will be updated? I turned on developer mode on my account but on my kids account it still says ask your parent. What do we do META??

Same issue here. I purchased this an hour ago and have tried all of the suggested resolutions with no luck. What do we do? If it cannot be resolved, please tell me how to refund my purchase.

Hey all, thank you for keeping the conversation going about this! We're seeing some similar issues that have been resolved by altering the Microphone permissions on the headset. Go into your settings and try to enable the microphone for NFL Pro Era and see if that makes any change in your symptoms, and then let us know the results! Looking forward to the replies!

Gorilla Tag has had the same issue (wanting developer mode) but a solution was found last week: the actual issue was the game didn't have microphone permissions. Going into the headset permission settings and enabling the microphone has fixed it for multiple people. Perhaps NFL Pro Era has a similar issue, a permission (maybe not microphone) isn't enabled and it's giving a misleading error message.
