Help, I can’t get NFL pro era to work on a regular quest

Is this game not able to work on a quest? If not why the hell did they allow my kid to buy on it!

How do I do this? I can’t figure out where to find microphone permissions.

Found it! It worked!

Hi @HoosierMZ! Thank you for expressing your recent experience with the NFL Pro Era game. What we found as an option to resolve this issue is to alter the microphone permissions on the headset. Go into your settings and try to enable the microphone for the NFL Pro Era game title. However, if you're still having trouble after trying those steps, please don't hesitate to reply back to us! That worked! Doesn’t make sense but it fixed the issue. He’s able to play now. 

@MetaQuestSupport - we looked in Settings and could not find the microphone permission.  Where would that be found?

This worked for us as well! Thank you.

You need to click onto the app, as in click the squares at the bottom that say APPS. Then you will get to the screen with all apps and you will be able to see the 3 dots when you hover over the Pro Era app. Go to Permissions and toggle the microphone on.
