Help! I keep getting denied access to Meta Ads! URGENT!

Hello! I have been a Facebook user since 2017 but never had any use for Meta Ads. Recently I self-published my first novel and ads on Facebook and Instagram are CRUCIAL to my business model. The problem is, for some reason I was locked out of Ads Manager in 2019 because I apparently failed to verify a payment method. How can I get Ads Manager unlocked? It is absolutely vital to my business to have this feature! Thank you!

If you've already gone through the Facebook Help Centre and not had any luck, I can recommend trying the Meta Business Help Centre, too.
