Help! I lost access to Meta account due to an old phone number

Hello,

I'm having trouble signing in to my account because I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. I recently purchased a Quest 3, but I'm unable to use it as I can't log in due to the two-step authentication. Can you please help me with this issue?

head on over to https://www.meta.com/en-gb/help/quest/  then click the chat icon in the bottom right 🙂

I've already reached out to Metaquest support via email and got a response from someone named Romeo. They asked me to provide the name as it appears on the Account or Meta Account tabs, which I did. However, I haven't heard back from him since. I sent my email requesting help three days ago.
