I am posting this in hopes someone may see it and be able to help. A little over a month ago, my son’s oculus quest 2, which was purchased for Christmas, left and right controllers started to act up. The right would not work and the left would work sporadically. I contacted meta and was told to do separate RMAs to be returned. I did and they received both by fedex confirmation. 3 days later, my right controller was shipped back. 7-10 days went by and nothing had been shipped on the left. I chatted with the Bots online and was told that the timeframe would be 7-14 business days which has come and gone. Emails have been returned by generic responses about how the next team of management was now involved but now over a month past my original ship date, my controller has still not been located or returned. I need any advice I can. I have contacted the Better Business Burea and am contemplating speaking to my attorney and hand over all of my documented emails and conversations. I am beyond frustrated at this point and want to throw the whole system in the trash. Then begin an online warning to anyone who wishes to purchase any oculus or meta products to now do so.
