I'm looking for advice on a verification issue with my other Meta account, which was recently blocked for age verification. The account was set up with a fictional username, and each time I attempt to verify my age using a valid ID, the verification is rejected, likely due to the name mismatch.
This account is very important for my family, as it’s linked to our Oculus devices, where we’ve made multiple game purchases. I can verify ownership through the associated email and credit cards used for these purchases, but I’m facing difficulties because the bank verification process doesn’t allow selection of my country.
If anyone has guidance on resolving this issue, such as changing the account’s name to match my ID or any alternative verification options, I would be very grateful.
