Hi all,
Yesterday, my Instagram account was banned (not this one, which is new). Now, when I try to log into my Oculus, it says I need to log back in. However, when I attempt to log in, I get this message:
"Log in with your existing account to keep your VR apps and info.
If you're already using VR, go back and log in with that Facebook account, and we'll move your VR apps and info to your new Meta account. You can remove Facebook later.
If you continue, you'll create a Meta account without your VR apps and info."
It also says on my Oculus: "You'll need a parent's help by March 5th to see your options to get started."
I'm getting errors saying I can't log in. I can access my Facebook account, but when I try to log into my Meta account using Facebook, it doesn't work (it might not be directly related to my Instagram ban, but I suspect it is).
I'm stuck—my Oculus seems to be fixated on an account I can't log into, and I need to access that account to start a new one.
If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. If any administrators need my email to assist (since it's not the account I'm currently using), here it is:
