I've had my Quest 2 for three days - I purchased superhot VR and when I went to play it for the first time it crashed to black. Now it won't power up - I've tried the factory reset, holding the power button for 30 seconds and all that but there isn't even a flicker of life. There is no light when I plug it in to charge either
I've sent a ticket but I was wondering if it is a common problem.
