Help Request: How to Restore Permanently Deleted Posts

Hello Facebook Team and Community,

I recently lost some important posts and memorable photos uploaded between 2020-2022. Some of them were accidentally deleted and stored in the trash for over 30 days, so they are now permanently gone.

I have tried the following: Checked my Archive and all albums,Downloaded my Facebook data, Searched through every folder Unfortunately, I am unable to find the missing content.

These memories mean a lot to me,and I wonder if Facebook still has internal backups that could be used for recovery. I have submitted a support form through the Help Center, but have not received any response. Is there anything else I can so to help with this? Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

This is the Meta-community forum for VR headsets and games.

You'll have to go through the Facebook Help Center, as you already did.

I don't think there's a way to recover deleted photos btw.
