Can someone help. I am not getting help through the chat and email function.
My MetaQuest 3 has been confirmed lost in transit. I am in a ridiculous situation where Meta are not helping. The UK courier have investigated and confirmed they have lost it. They are waiting and willing to pay compensation to Meta but state they can not give directly to me as they need the shipper or Meta to contact them. That is all you need to do Meta. They have investigated and you will be able to claim for their mistakes.
Meta support just keep asking for my patience and it is supposedly with their specialist team. They claim they are investigating. There is no investigation required. I have spent many many hours on the chat. I have given them all the order details and even sent them confirmation from the courier that they confirm liability. All Meta need to do is contact the courier DHL in the UK with the postal reference to get their compensation. Then send me my Metaquest 3 headset. This has been going on for weeks and no constructive updates have been provided. I literally feel like through no fault of my own as a customer my £500 has literally just been stolen or “lost”. This is not acceptable. I simply want the MetaQuest 3 headset I have paid for. The courier are literally waiting to pay Meta for their loss yet the help team just keep asking for my patience and claim they understand how distressing this must be. You clearly do not. I feel lost as how to resolve this. I try and raise a complaint and ask for complaint procedure and it seems they don’t have one and advised me to comment here. This is the most ridiculous and stressful situation I have been in as a customer. Just want what is rightfully mine and the solution is right there for Meta to sort without them incurring any loss either. Please someone from Meta speed up this process and provide more meaningful updates so I don’t feel so concerned.

From long experience, if support mention any specialised teams if means you have been talking to an AI all along and that it has run out of options for you. Hopefully someone human will be along shortly with an offer to DM them.
