Help going round in circles

Hey tried to buy an app but I forgot my pin, when I go to reset pin I get a link which se d me to the oculus log in page then after that asks me to log into Facebook, then takes me back to the start, how can I reset my pin!!! So frustrating

Hey there! Having access to your PIN is definitely crucial for being able to buy the content you want on your account, so we'd love to help out with changing it! To get us started, please navigate to the Meta Store webpage to sign into your Oculus account.

1. Navigate to the Meta Store webpage

2. Click the person icon in the top right

3. Tap the Oculus profile page hyperlink at the top, and login if you aren't already 

4. Navigate to Security on the left column

5. Tap Edit next to PIN

You should see this page:

This will allow you to change your Oculus PIN by using your password to confirm the change. Hope this helps, and let us know if you have any questions!
