I am in a doom loop. I have not used my Occulus 2 for over a year. I went to use and had forgotten my password. Whenever I try to retrieve, I get message saying they have sent me a code but I never receive. Must have tried 100 times. I tried the serial number route but that didn't work. I tried sending troubleshooting requests to Meta and just kept getting the same auto generated replies from fictious people telling me to go through same process. I never receive a code. I created a new Meta account but can't synch with my device. It keeps telling me to look for a 5 digit code on the headset which never appears. Is my headset and the games i purchased completely obsolete or is there a way i can get into the account. Thanks.
