Help w/ quest link not connecting

My computer's appearing on the shortcut, it's the same internet, but it's saying not connected. It's been working for around a year now and it just suddenly stopped. Please help.

if you still can't link your Quest with those steps, you can also try steam link.

It's free and with it you can link the Quest without using the Meta link app.
