I’ve looked up a tutorial but I’m pretty sure I have a meta account and If they delete everything I have which is stupid. Ill be fuming
Someone please help

several people got those mails in the past days, it's a reminder.
I'm not sure why some people get these mails and other do not.
If you already migrated your account and can find all your games in your Meta account, you can just ignore it.
To be sure, you can do this:
Log in to your Meta account HERE
Click on your profile pic, then on "Meta horizon profile settings"
On the following page at the left bar click on "orders"
It should show all your purchases, including those you'ne made with your old Oculus account.
If so, you won't lose any game when your old Oculus account will deleted.
If NOT, send a PM @MetaQuestSupport so they can have look in your account.
Click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.
