Hi All,
Few weeks ago Meta blocked my account due to Child age (why changing the rules after I payed for games). I sent an email with my ID (my child is 12 and I am a grownup). Since then no response so my account is still locked, I open a new account under my name but for some reason I can't link it to the divide, I can't reset it as it shows "no boot" all the time, and I can access my old account to reboot. it is asking for 5 numbers codes but in the device I see 8 letters code. also if I am to use a new account how can I transfer the applications I already payed for? are those gone? it is a mess and to be honest.....never mind
Just need some help here as I don't know who should I contact
