Help with setting up PCVR - Steam VR, Quest app, Virtual Desktop

Hello friends!

I need help setting up the correct settings for most of the vr related stuff,for max perf/quality overall.

The info i need are: Best Steam VR settings: -resolution per eye -anything that is useful to know

Quest app and debugger on PC: -is there anything that's worth changing?

Virtual desktop: -best quality settings -what options to tick or untick

As I would first like to play HL:A I read that u can add some launch option to make fidelity better(turn off auto fidelity control etc)

Any other tips for PC vr gaming.
