@domonic.renfroe No actual phone call is possible but if you go to the oculus support website to start a support ticket you should see a Chat option on the lower right of your screen. You can then have a texting-like chat with support and this may resolve your issues. Also, a little more Google research may help as well. Good luck mate and cheers.
