Hello, I need your help! On February 4th, I was in a place where I had no network coverage on my cell phone. Suddenly, I checked my phone and had notifications from someone who wanted to access my Facebook and Instagram. I tried to change the password immediately, but unfortunately the internet was very slow and the change request wouldn't load. Suddenly, the hacker changed all my information and I could no longer access my Facebook or Instagram. At night I return home, open my email and am surprised by all the messages with the verification codes that the hacker used to change my data and that was not all, he left me a message in the drafts tray asking me for money (through bitcoins) to be able to recover my accounts and if I did not deposit it he was going to leak my information on the Internet (I have proof of this message and I also went to the police in my country Peru, I have the official complaint) I got scared and changed my email password and increased security, to this day the hacker still wants to access my email, I get alerts from different countries that want to access my email, but I deny access. As a security measure I have reset my cell phone to factory settings, blocked all my bank accounts and soon I want to reset my laptop, but by doing that I lose hope of recovering my social networks because some recovery methods indicate that I try logging in on a device where I have used my Facebook. What I care most about is being able to recover my personal Facebook and Instagram (I had my business account attached to the meta) I have read and tried all the self-help methods that you provide on your Facebook and Instagram website, but unfortunately the hacker has changed all my data (email, password and cell phone number). And the worst thing is that when my accounts were hacked, I asked my friends and family to report my Facebook account and unfortunately my account is now blocked. Maybe you can verify that the change of personal information was drastic, I would never do that and my accounts have never been blocked for misuse. I need your help please, I have read that for other countries identity validation can be done, I have all the information that you can request from me.
