Hi, i'm currently trying to get a replacement for my left controller

As i said above, currently want to replace my left controller because the stick isn't working properly, but when accessing the support ticket for it, the delivery country is just locked to France despite me changine the dialing code, Making it impossible for me to send the ticket. Am i doing something wrong?
