Hi,
i changed my Home Enviroment to "Futurescape". After each restart of the Meta Quest 3 it turns back to the default vom Meta. It kept before the last systemupdate. I don't like the default and hope someone can help me to fix this issue.
Thanks for posting into our forum. We can see you're having some problems with your home environment constantly reverting back to the default, we'll be happy to help as much as we can! Firstly, we would recommend trying a hard reboot of the device, please see the steps below:
1. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
If the boot-up sound is not heard: 1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. 2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button. 3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
If these steps fail to resolve the problem, you can attempt a factory reset on the device, please see below:
1. Turn off your headset. 2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. 3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button. 4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
Please be advised, before performing a factory reset it's always a good idea to back the data on your device first. Please go to our About Cloud Backup page to learn how to activate it.

I've been using the Oceanarium environment on my Q3 for a while now on latest v69 and this sticks between headset power off/restarts. Same with my QPro using the Thrones environment. Maybe try a different home environment and see if this sticks. Also, maybe try uninstalling your Futurescape environment and try downloading/installing it again. Good luck mate and cheers.
